The console was delivered this afternoon and John is thrilled with it! He said it was even better than expected and that the delivery people could not have been nicer and were so helpful in the setting up of it.
He did tell me that Carolyn had originally scheduled it for Monday OR Tuesday between 9 and 5, which he had agreed to, somewhat reluctantly I'm sure. Then you called and - suddenly - they were able to make the delivery today.
Thank you so much for your intervention. Be assured that the guys who made the delivery were first class. John even mentioned that they were so careful about not damaging the hardwood floors and took the time to set it up correctly. So, we were very pleased.
I will leave you the most excellent feedback that space allows. I could write paragraphs about how helpful you have been through every stage of our transaction.
I'll go out to see the console tomorrow.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all of your help. We absolutely love this furniture; it is the upgrade we were looking for. We are very pleased with the leather sectional and the bedside table. The leather sectional is well-made and extremely comfortable. It's perfect for our media room. We are also very happy with the bedside table, which was exactly what we were looking for.
